Participation guidelines, minor supervision and health advisories

The lead guest initiating a booking must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity to enter into commercial transactions.

Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian at all times during all excursions.

Infants under 3 years of age are strictly prohibited from participating in high-intensity dune bashing activities for physiological safety reasons.

Self-drive quad biking and dune buggy rentals require drivers to be at least 16 years of age and sign an off-road safety declaration.

Senior citizens, pregnant women, and guests with severe back, neck, or cardiac conditions must notify staff to arrange gentle transfers.
Currency standards, tax invoices and package inclusions

All tour rates and billing transactions are established and contracted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

Foreign currency rates displayed on this portal (USD, EUR, GBP) are indicative estimates for guest convenience based on market exchange rates.

In compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8/2017 on Value Added Tax, all listed tour prices include mandatory 5% UAE VAT.

A verifiable PDF voucher and digital boarding pass featuring an encrypted QR code is delivered automatically to the registered guest email.

Exact hotel pickup windows are re-confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM on the afternoon of the safari.

Guests must display their digital voucher on their smartphone or provide their reference number to the chauffeur upon boarding.

Any special pickup instructions or villa gate pass details must be submitted at least 4 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Public decency, cultural sensitivity and safety directives

Guests are required to dress respectfully and comply with UAE Public Decency guidelines, particularly during cultural and heritage stops.

Possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances or narcotics is strictly prohibited under UAE Federal Law with zero tolerance.

Alcohol consumption in desert camps is restricted to licensed hours and is prohibited during Islamic religious holidays as decreed by Dubai DET.

The safari driver possesses absolute authority over vehicle operation and route decisions. Disregard of safety orders results in immediate termination of the tour.
Safety adjustments for sandstorms, rain and extreme environmental conditions

Desert safaris take place in outdoor wilderness environments. In the event of dense sandstorms or severe weather, tours may be rescheduled.

Official safety alerts issued by the UAE National Center of Meteorology (NCM) or Dubai Police are strictly observed.

Dunes Discovery Tourism reserves the right to alter itineraries or camp programs if sand accumulation or wind speeds compromise passenger safety.

Dunes Discovery Tourism L.L.C shall not be liable for cancellations arising from events of Force Majeure including natural disasters or governmental decrees.
Jurisdiction of Dubai Courts and consumer protection channels

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local legislation of the Emirate of Dubai.

Guests agree to submit any dispute or grievance to info@dunesdiscoverytourism.com for amicable resolution within 14 business days.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (Civil & Commercial Circuits).

Nothing in these terms limits consumer statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection.

اتفاقية قانونية ملزمة بين المسافر ومنظم الرحلات

يمثل دخولك إلى هذا الموقع أو إرسال استفسار أو حجز رحلة موافقة صريحة وملزمة منك على كافة هذه الشروط والأحكام.

تشكل هذه الشروط عقداً رقمياً نافذاً قانوناً بينك (الضيف) وبين شركة ديونز ديسكفري للسياحة ذ.م.م بموجب قانون المعاملات الإلكترونية وخدمات الثقة الإماراتي.

إذا تبيّن عدم صحة أو تعذر إنفاذ أي بند من هذه الشروط من قبل محكمة مختصة في دولة الإمارات، فإن سائر البنود الأخرى تظل سارية ونافذة المفعول بالكامل.

نُشرت هذه الشروط باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، وفي حال حدوث أي تعارض قضائي أمام محاكم الدولة، يُعتمد النص العربي وفقاً لقانون الإجراءات المدنية.

تحتفظ شركة ديونز ديسكفري للسياحة ذ.م.م بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وتصبح التعديلات نافذة فور نشرها على هذه المنصة الإلكترونية.
إرشادات المشاركة وإشراف القاصرين والتوصيات الصحية

يجب ألا يقل عمر الضيف الرئيسي الذي يجري الحجز عن 18 عاماً وأن يتمتع بالأهلية القانونية الكاملة لإبرام المعاملات التجارية.

يجب أن يكون القاصرون دون سن 18 عاماً برفقة أحد الوالدين البالغين أو وصي قانوني طوال فترة الرحلة.
-
يُحظر تماماً على الرضّع دون سن 3 سنوات المشاركة في جولات القيادة المثيرة فوق الكثبان الرملية (الدون باشنغ) حرصاً على سلامتهم الجسدية.

يتطلب استئجار وقيادة الدراجات الرباعية وعربات البجي ألا يقل عمر السائق عن 16 عاماً والتوقيع على إقرار السلامة للقيادة الصحراوية.
-
يجب على كبار السن والسيدات الحوامل والضيوف الذين يعانون من آلام حادة بالظهر أو الرقبة أو مشكلات بالقلب إخطار فريقنا لترتيب تنقل هادئ.
معايير العملة والفواتير الضريبية ومشتملات الباقات

تُحدد وتُعتمد كافة أسعار الرحلات والمعاملات المالية بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED).

تعتبر أسعار العملات الأجنبية المعروضة على الموقع (الدولار، اليورو، الجنيه الإسترليني) تقديرية لتسهيل الحساب وتستند إلى أسعار الصرف السائدة.
-
امتثالاً للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 8 لسنة 2017 بشأن ضريبة القيمة المضافة، تشمل كافة الأسعار المعروضة ضريبة القيمة المضافة بنسبة 5%.

تشمل أسعار الباقات الأنشطة المحددة والنقل المخصص وسائقاً مرخصاً وضيافة المخيم وفقاً لما هو مذكور في صفحة كل رحلة.

تخضع المشروبات الفاخرة الخاصة والصور التذكارية وترقيات الدراجات الرباعية الخاصة لرسوم إضافية مستقلة.
إصدار قسائم السفر وتنسيق مواعيد التوصيل

فور تأكيد الحجز، يتم إصدار تأكيد فوري يتضمن رقم مرجعي فريد للحجز (مثل DDT-XXXX).
-
يتم إرسال قسيمة سفر رقمية بصيغة PDF وتذكرة صعود مزودة برمز استجابة سريعة مشفر (QR Code) إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجل.
-
يتم تأكيد التوقيت الدقيق لاصطحابكم من الفندق عبر الواتساب أو اتصال هاتفي بين الساعة 2:00 ظهراً و 3:30 عصراً في يوم الرحلة.

يتعين على الضيوف إبراز القسيمة الرقمية على هواتفهم الذكية أو تقديم الرقم المرجعي لسائق السفاري عند الصعود للمركبة.
-
يجب تزويدنا بأي تعليمات خاصة بنقاط التجمع أو تصاريح دخول المجمعات السكنية قبل 4 ساعات على الأقل من موعد المغادرة.
الاحتشام العام ومراعاة التقاليد المحلية وتوجيهات السلامة

يُطلب من الضيوف ارتداء ملابس محتشمة والامتثال لقواعد الاحتشام العام في الدولة، لا سيما أثناء التوقف في الأماكن التراثية.

يُحظر تماماً حيازة أو تعاطي أو تداول المواد المخدرة أو الممنوعة بموجب القوانين الاتحادية لدولة الإمارات دون أي تهاون.

يقتصر تقديم المشروبات في المخيمات على الساعات المرخصة، ويُمنع منعاً باتاً خلال العطلات الدينية والمناسبات الرسمية بتوجيه من دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة.

يتمتع سائق السفاري بالسلطة المطلقة لاتخاذ قرارات سلامة المركبة والمسار، ويؤدي تجاهل تعليمات السلامة إلى إنهاء الجولة فوراً دون استرداد.
إجراءات السلامة عند العواصف الرملية والأمطار والظروف المناخية

تُقام رحلات السفاري في بيئات صحراوية مفتوحة، وفي حالات العواصف الرملية الشديدة أو الطقس العاصف قد يتم تعديل أو تأجيل الرحلات.
-
تلتزم الشركة التزاماً صارماً بكافة التحذيرات وتنبيهات السلامة الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للأرصاد وشرطة دبي.
-
تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل مسار الرحلة أو برنامج المخيم إذا شكّلت سرعة الرياح أو تراكم الرمال خطراً على سلامة الركاب.
-
لا تتحمل شركة ديونز ديسكفري للسياحة ذ.م.م المسؤولية عن الإلغاءات الناتجة عن القوة القاهرة كالكوارث الطبيعية أو القرارات الحكومية الملزمة.
اختصاص محاكم دبي وقنوات حماية المستهلك

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر حصرياً بموجب القوانين الاتحادية لدولة الإمارات والتشريعات المحلية لإمارة دبي.

يوافق الضيف على توجيه أي شكوى أو نزاع أولاً عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@dunesdiscoverytourism.com للتسوية الودية خلال 14 يوم عمل.
-
تخضع كافة النزاعات التي يتعذر حلها ودياً للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم دبي (الدوائر المدنية والتجارية).

لا يوجد في هذه الشروط ما يمس أو يقلص الحقوق النظامية الممنوحة للمستهلك بموجب القانون الاتحادي رقم 15 لسنة 2020 بشأن حماية المستهلك.
